Sometimes the problem is in the room, not just the computer. We offer a full on-site callout service for when your tech is giving you grief at home. Sometimes technical problems are better solved where they happen. We offer a local callout service in Yeovil to get your home tech sorted without you having to unplug a single cable.

  Getting that new printer to actually talk to your computer, or clearing those errors that stop you from printing your boarding pass.

• Smart TV & Device Setup:
  Connecting your Smart TV to your apps (iPlayer, Netflix, etc.), or setting up smart speakers and tablets so they work exactly how you want them to.

• In-Home Digital Security & Privacy Check:
  A check of your devices in their natural habitat. We'll verify your password safety, check for nasty background programs, and ensure your private data stays private.

• Peripherals & Accessory Installation:
  Setting up webcams, external monitors, keyboards, or scanners to make sure your workspace is comfortable and functional.

• Software "Gremlin" Hunting:
  For when your email has "stopped working," or you've got pop-ups that shouldn't be there.
